
Uppal : Dr. Deepa Banoth, a research scholar in the Department of Business Management at Osmania University and a resident of Kapra–ECIL, has successfully earned her PhD in Business Management.A mother of two and a homemaker, Dr. Deepa Banoth completed her doctoral research while fulfilling her family responsibilities, making her achievement particularly commendable. Her research was carried out on the topic “A Comparative Study on Employee Satisfaction in Selected Public and Private Universities in Telangana.” As part of the study, she also proposed recommendations to improve employee satisfaction in higher educational institutions.She completed her research under the guidance of Dr. V. Samunnatha.On the occasion, Professor Sreeramulu, Dean Professor Jahangir, Head of the Department Professor Vidyasagar Rao, faculty members, research scholars and staff congratulated Dr. Deepa Banoth on her achievement.Despite managing her family responsibilities, she pursued her higher education with determination and perseverance. Her elder son is pursuing MBBS, while her younger son is studying Engineering. Balancing the educational needs of her children and household responsibilities while completing her PhD, she has demonstrated that family responsibilities need not come in the way of achieving higher academic goals.Dr. Deepa Banoth expressed her special gratitude to her husband Sri Ravi Teja, family members and her research supervisor Dr. V. Samunnatha for their constant encouragement and support throughout her doctoral journey. She said their support played a crucial role in helping her successfully complete her research.Her achievement is being widely appreciated as an inspiration for women who aspire to pursue higher education while shouldering family responsibilities.
