The Prakasam District Police Administration has given a call to the people to exercise their right to vote fearlessly in the elections. Assuring the public that the police will always support the people, the police conducted a flag march in the area of the Kothapatnam and Markapuram police stations. The Prakasam police say that their mission is to conduct the upcoming elections fairly in a peaceful environment. The police are conducting these flag march across the district to assure the people that they will always support them.
According to the orders of Prakasam SP P. Parameswara Reddy, the Ongole to Town CI Jagadish, Kottapatnam SI Sambasivayya and Markapuram Rural SI Venkateswara Naik organized flag march in their respective jurisdictions with the Central Armed Police Forces and Civil Police teams.
During the conduct of this flag march, the police officials said that the people should exercise their right to vote in the upcoming elections without getting discouraged. The police officials ensured that the police will always help the people to conduct transparent and impartial elections in a peaceful environment. Police Officials further said that It is the responsibility of each and every one to ensure that no illegal or uncivil incidents take place during the election season. They requested the political parties, the people, to contribute their support while they are in election duties.
