
Uppal, April 13:In a significant step towards the development of the Uppal constituency, the Telangana government has granted administrative approval of ₹98 crore for the construction of a permanent office building for the Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation. Expressing his happiness over the decision, Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy thanked the state government for the approval.The proposed office complex will be constructed over an extent of about 10 acres at Bhagya Layout Phase-III in Uppal. The MLA stated that the new building will help provide improved civic services to the people of the region. He added that the foundation stone for the project will be laid soon.He further noted that this decision would strengthen the administrative system within the limits of the Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation and enhance governance efficiency.On this occasion, the MLA conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to the state government, the Chief Minister, and the concerned department officials for sanctioning the project. He also mentioned that the site has already been inspected and reiterated his commitment to taking up more developmental initiatives for the Uppal constituency.
