Going into the details.. Veluri Lakshminarayana Jyoti, a couple started real estate business in Uppal in 2021 in the name of JV Builder Real Estate Company. The owners of JV Builders, Veluri Lakshminarayana and Jyoti couple, who cheated innocent people in the name of investments and collected about 500 crore rupees. They established about 500 agents. , JV Builders real estate firm who cheated 7000 buyers. Owners. They made huge fraud by showing interest profit by investing for purchase of land.
In the suburbs of Janagama region, they took lands at low prices and registered this land as farm land for some people saying that it was a buy back offer. But many customers were cheated by giving a minimum payment of 8000/- per month and 160000/- for 20 months on the agreement. As the money was not paid and the land was not given, the victims called the owners and went straight to the office but the owners are not there not responded and office was closed. Then They went to the police station and lodged a complaint. Veluri Lakshmi Narayana and Jyoti, the owners of JV Builders and Infrastructure Realestate Company, are absconding. In the past, there are many cheating cases against the owners of JV builders in PS. Victims are flocking to Uppal Police Station. The police have registered a case and are investigating.
